Wrist problem
Due to crpl tunel syndrom there is a crackng sound of nervs like one nrve rub other nerve whn i move my thmb up to down and when i move wrist to side downwrd nrve gt pinched nd it give too much pain ao i got injction of steoried day bfor ystrdy now my Crackng sound get fine i get relief but nerve still piched dye to wrist mvmnt so tll when this ok?
