Wrist pain
My right hand wrist is paining badly if I do any work in it. Even small work like feeding cerelac to kid ,washing vessels ,sweeping home. I don't know whether it is related to nerve or bone. Husband says to apply spray but still it pains. What is the next step

Is it only pain or any burning sensation or numbness present with the pain?
This could be due to many reasons.
Did this symptoms started recently, or you since a long time?
Does pain increase with cold weather, stress?

As its cold weather... it might have happened try to give hot fomentation..
If still persist you need to take some muscle relaxant for that you should not be lactating
