  4. Wrist pain. For mri yet. please help me.

Wrist pain
I have been having wrist pain in both the hands for a long time (around 3 years). The pain is excruciating when I put a little pressure on it and it lasts for 2 weeks. When I do nothing it feels okay. I could sense a hard bump above the wrist. X-RAY is clear. I did not go for MRI yet. Please help me.
