Hello, i am gayathri am suffering with wrist pain(right hand) from last 1 week.. I am getting pain at the joint when I am trying to bend my hand backside or when I am trying to stretch my hand.. kindly suggest with a solution

Please tell about any injury. It could be because of some injury or sprain. If no injury take NSAID (tab Nucoxia 90 mg once a day) for 1 week and vit c supplement
