Wound under lower buttocks

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Since more than 3 months there is a wound under lower buttocks, I applied betadin powder but no use, I'm thinking it is a stretch mark cut, because last year I put on weight, I got stretch marks I'm attaching the photo of the wound.. I'm not knowing which doctor to consult for this, suggest me one quick medicine to cure this wound
