Your wound culture has shown bacteria (Klebsiella and Pseudomonas). According to the report, they are sensitive only to certain strong antibiotics mainly injectable medicines, not available as oral tablets. You should meet your treating doctor or a surgeon immediately to start the right antibiotic . Only Oral medicines are not effective for this report, especially in diabetic wounds.

Hello 👋 Diabetes Diabetic wound -  most commonly seen due to many reasons Depending on site severity size wound should be treated Other underlying causes can trigger it Immediate intervention - cleaning n dressing Specific medication should be started accordingly after culture report either tablet or injections If is more extensive or spreading - higher treatment can be considered
