Wound on scrotum

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have this wound after i have done trimming in that area. It's been more than 2 weeks & its not getting healed. I have used contrimoxaxol tablets. I have been cleaning it with bitadin & applying mupirocin ointment on it. Even after all this it has white / yellowish lyer & not getting healed too.
