More than lipid profile, you need to get blood sugar done.
Get random blood sugar and HbA1c done and share results. If you use tobacco in any form, stop it.
Continue linezolid, as it has been started. Clean the wounds adequately regularly and apply betadine ointment over it, 2 to 3 times daily.

Hey why did u start linezolid? What's the connection between lipid profile and wound? Who suggested? Ur age and any other medical history will help you to guide better. Kindly consult with me on 94 two six 86 seven eight 96.
Your wounds look like infected shoe-bite lesions. They appear red, open and with some yellow discharge, which means there is surface bacterial infection. These types of wounds usually respond to local care and simple oral antibiotics. Linezolid is a very strong antibiotic usually reserved for severe infections or resistant bacteria. For your wounds, it is usually not required unless a doctor has examined you and decided it is necessary.
Your lipid profile shows borderline high cholesterol, but this has no relation to your current wounds.
What you should do now:
1. Clean the wounds twice daily with clean warm water or saline. Pat dry, do not rub.
2. Apply an antibiotic ointment like Mupirocin ointment twice a day after cleaning.
3. Keep the area dry, avoid closed shoes until the skin has healed.
4. Take a simpler and safer antibiotic such as Amoxicillin-clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily for 5 days or Cefuroxime 500 mg twice daily for 5 days. This is usually enough for shoe-bite infections.
5. Take Paracetamol if there is pain.
6. Do not take Linezolid unless a doctor specifically told you to. It can cause side effects like low blood counts if taken unnecessarily. You can stop it safely if you have taken only one day.
7. Cover the wound with a breathable dressing if needed but open it at home for air circulation.
You should see a doctor if any of the following occur:
Increase in redness or swelling, fever, spreading pain, foul smell, blackish discoloration, or if you have diabetes. These signs mean the infection is deeper and needs stronger treatment.
Your wounds should begin improving within 48 to 72 hours with proper cleaning and the correct antibiotic.
Yes your lipid profile is showing boderline fluctuations , you can start with tab Atorvastatin 10 mg for 2-3 wks and then maintain it with your lifestyle and dietary changes,
Avoid taking oily or fatty foods, no fried foods, no carbonated drinks or frozen foods

Your wound looks like a simple bacterial infection from a shoe bite. Your lipid report is slightly high but not related to the wound. Please get Fasting sugar + HbA1c, because delayed healing can happen if sugars are high.
Stop Linezolid for now.
