Wound and swelling

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had a fall from my bike last week and had a wound on my foot, I took all the necessary anti septics and cleaned the wound regularly but it's still not healed and I have swelling in my foot. Should I be worried.? It's been a week. My other wounds from the same incident are all healed

Hello.. Well yes the wound looks infected..Have you taken antibiotics...If not please take it for 5 days...Apart from that take aceclofenac serratiopeptudase tablet twice a day for 5 days and give foot end elevation while sleeping....Clean it regularly ..Thank you
