Hi I understand it is a new experience to take care of a newborn. Your baby is two months old and I understand you must be confused and stressed about a lot of things. You are worried about your son to the extent that you check his breath when he is asleep. You feel anxious about your baby all the time and your family is worried about you. To feel better it will be good if you can think of enjoying motherhood. You are extremely worried about your son all the time and it will be good if you can relax and indulge in self-care. A psychologist will guide you on how to relax. I understand taking care of a baby is a twenty four hour job and you may not have much time to yourself. Even few minutes of relaxation will help.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Being a mother brings with it a load of concern n care and unconditional love for the baby.but as they say too much of anything is bad hence this statement stands right in your case. Are you in general too careful for yourself,do you analyze everything  or before using anything for yourself.if your ans is yes then you should understand its within you to take excess care of everything around you. Was you pregnancy complicated when the pregnancy is difficult even then people become over sensitive. Please understand your child is healthy with  your basic behavior and complications (if any) still you managed to bring a beautiful kid into this world so let him grow comfortably. Try to sleep whenever you get time, eat healthy and enjoy these initial months of motherhood. There can be unexplained fear which you should talk to anyone whom you believe will understand  (can be extremely small and insignificant) but please discuss your fears.seek Profesional help if you feel family won't understand.stay hydrated and let the baby grow peacefully
Next Steps
try relaxation breathing exercises

Hi... It is natural to be worried about your new born child and to an extent it may be because you are experiencing it for the first time, and don't think that you know enough to handle this novel task. It may also be developed if you were already suffering from stress and anxiety due to some present or past issues. Or if you are feeling uncertain about your future.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis
