Women health after C-section delivery

Asked for Female, 5 Years

Today almost seven weeks completed of my C-section delivery Yesterday I fall down on floor due to my leg sleeping Pls help me to know that 1/2 inch down of my belly button I am feeling little tightning /kind of cysts type... Pls suggest it is normal? I think it's s cord?? Also today is third day of my period.
