Your symptoms showing that is you are suffering pericoronitis (Infection) of wisdom teeth. If this is not fully erupted than it will be removed (surgical/ non-surgical); depends upon eruption. If soft tissue impacted (unerupted) 3molar,  than excised of gums (operculectomy) only. If bony impacted than required bone cutting during removal. The worst condition of that is restricted mouth opening. But in your symptoms medicines are required: Tab. Amoxyclave 625 1tab TDS Tab. Metrogyl 400.      1tab TDS Tab. Zerodol.                1tab TDS Cap. Pan-D.                   1cap  OD      for 5days Warm saline rinses for every 2 hours
