Hi. Its winters and its natural to have dryness of the skin. You need to identify the moisturizer thats right for you. There are several "medicated" ones that you may try - and yes, you may have to re apply the same every 4-8 hours, especially in exposed areas of hands / face - depending on the severity of the dryness. Also consume good amount of oral liquids / water. Happy winters. Take care.
