This test is not gold standard for typhoid anymore. Lots of cases of false positives.Typhoid is uncommon in this age group as child is vaccinated for typhoid by 10 months . Even then the titres are low . Rising titres can indicate typhoid .

Fst of all widal is not a confirmatory test for typhoid...it provides a supportive evidence that too in the second week of fever...
So dont worry about the report, report is not positive for typhoid..
You are asking for 1 year old toddler but the report posted is of a 14 year old girl...!!!
