My daughter is 2.5 years old she eats all kinds of vegetables and fruits but still her weight is not improving and sometimes she doesn't eat at all especially when she has cold, even now teething is going on. Can you please suggest some multivitamin syrup which can increase her appetite.

At this age appetite varies a lot, especially during cold/teething. If she is active, usually nothing serious. Focus on calorie-rich diet. We can give zinc syrup for few weeks, appetite syrups are not routinely needed.
Avoid any multivitamin if baby is active, playful and achieving milestones..Just weight is not criteria to start multivitamin at this age as babies of this age are very much active so they maybe slim but if they are doing well and not falling sick frequently then no use of multivitamin as baby already taking all kind of fruit and vegetables ..But do Deworming every 6 months...and for teething if there is pain then you can just massage her gums and if required give oral paracetamol but daily not required.
Greetings
It is common for toddlers to have a decreased appetite during teething or illness. To support nutritional needs, some parents consider general multivitamin supplements, such as Zincovit 5ml , which are commonly available. However, it is essential to consult your pediatrician to rule out underlying issues and confirm if a supplement is necessary. They can provide a personalized recommendation and ensure any product is safe for her specific needs. Always double-check the product label for age instructions before use.
