White spot on skin

Hi, There is a white spot on my belly(left side). It actually reamains since couple of years. Now one very small spot found on my left hand(forearm ). I want to know is it a sign of vitiligo ??or any skin disease?? Please help me to cure this disease. I am uploading the pics also.
