White rough patches on side of both eyes

Asked for Female, 21 Years

At first, it was just a small white patch on both sides, then it became rough, and now it's spread out to a larger area. I have gone to two doctors for the same and they gave me different medications for it but nothing seems to have worked. Infact now it seems to be spreading even more and affected below my right eye. Please help me, it's urgent.
