White red scaly lesions

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have developed white-red scaly lesions between my breasts which seems to be spreading. It is dry and gives a burning sensation. Sometimes a weird smelling fluid comes out of these lesions. The whole area is very dry with reddish white lesions all over the cleavage and a part of the breasts.
