White pus like thing seen near Anus
There is white pus like thing clearly visible from outside near Anus , there was excessive itching so I tried to see , also I have fissure even after surgery last year. Is it skin issue? Should I go for dermatologist?

Hi dear No please go to a surgeon because of there is some infection at the site and local drainage or something is required of that fluid then surgeon will be a better person to do so. Try to avoid being constipated by drinking lot of water , eating high fibre diet and not straining while passing stool so that it does not become worse. Take care
