White pointy patch in mouth

I noticed white patch in mouth today. i had one before but i thought itse nothing then the 2nd one was there today. i don't know what it is.

white patches cant be ignored .so needs thorough assessment . it can be due to various reasons like fungal infection,trauma from a sharp tooth or biting in the same place so need tobe seen by dentist or an oral surgeon and proper treatment to be started soooner rather than later
