White patches on skin in few places in his face and legs and it is gradually spreading around, he has this problem past 6 months, we tried some medicine as per skin consultant recommendation but still spreading around, please let me know the treatment for this

White patches may occur due to so many reasons. But to diagnose it needs clear close up photo graphs. Kindly attach photos of effected sites for better interpretation
