White patches on skin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There's a white patch or layer appeared on my skin under lip area and back too. It's been there for over 4-5 months. The pigment is not coming back. Similarly, after waxing I observed there are white spots on my skin. Is it a sign of vitiligo or some fungal infection? Does vitiligo come after puberty for girls?
