White Patches on head and itchy toe

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have got white patches on my head which doesn't itch or hurt. Some claim this to be dandruff but I have never seen such patches before. Moreover my right toe, on the skin near the toenail, it has been damaged and itchy since a long time. At times it bleeds and at times it doesn't itch at all. I'm confused about it as well.. I've attached the snaps of the both for your reference and proper understanding.
