White patches on forehead

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi Doctor, I visited you two weeks back for white patches on forehead. You had prescribed a sunscreen and fultivate skin cream to be applied on the patches. I have been continuously applying it for two weeks but there seems to be no improvement and the patches has actually spread. Please advise.
