After an HP Test my doctor told me that its psoriasis. It was almost controlled. But now after 2 years its again appearing. What happens is firstly a black spot appears( little like when skin gets burnt) then after few days the black membrane moves out and leaves a white spot. Earlier i used to take the medicine "psorid". I have uploaded the black & the white spot.

Psoriasis is generally thought to be a genetic disease that is triggered by environmental factors. It is characterized by scaly itchy lesions usually located on the extensors of hand and feet and also back. Symptoms often worsen during winter. Some of the triggering factors are stress infections medications like certain pain killers and exposure to cold climate . Psoriasis cannot be fully cured. It can only be controlled
Limited disease can be controlled by topical steroids and emollients.Moisturization is very important.Extensive disease requires systemic drugs like methotrexate, cyclosporine etc. These requires constant monitoring and dose regulation Consult a nearby dermatologist to decide the line of treatment
