White patches on arms specially at elbow

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having white patches over my elbow from last couple of months and they are increasing very fast. I have consulted multiple doctors, but treatment is not working. They have diagnosed me with Seborrheic dermatitis and pityriasis versicolor. I have followed all the medicine already. I have taken : Eberconazole ointment/lotion for a month Pimecrolimus solution every night for three weeks. Fluconazole capsule every Sunday from last four weeks. Antoxid capsules from last one week every morning. Subcros lotion every day from last week. Still I am observing that white patches are increasing and they started to come up on back side of my palm. Please help
