White patches occurred on my right cheek in the last month and at that patched area my beard turned grey.what could it be? I couldn't consult doctor now to ask in detail as due to lockdown as outpatient hospitals are temporarily closed in my town, but i consulted local dermatologist in the previous month and not asked particularly thinking it was be a minor infection. please clarify me doctors

As per ur history the white patch could be due to loss of melanin pigment in that area.woukd recommend u to consult me online with a photograph of the lesion
