My 6 year old daughter has white patches on the back of shoulder from 6 months. We have consulated dermatologist but unfortunately the precirbed medcine didn't​ work. We have noticed today that the hair on the patch is turning white. Can you please suggest on this.

From the description it appears that she has segmental vitiligo. Narrow band UVB would be a  good option for her.
