White patch and rashes on skin

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Small white patches and rashesh have appeared on the backside of head under the occipital area. Now it's bit itchy. It's most probably a fungal infection. If you can pls give a medication or a tube for relief or betterment then it would be a great help. Attaching pic for reference.
