Hi
It is very difficult to opd one without seeing the patient
However, if you feel it’s due to dryness, I recommend you switch to a moisturising soap like Dove, avoid using very hot water for baths, have short baths and use a moisturizer like Hymos lotion immediately all over the body while the skin is still damp.
