Which doctors diagnose phimosis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am 23, and I've tried stretching but to no avail, so I want to consult a professional but I'm not sure which doctor to consult, urology, dermatology or sexology for my condition, I want to visit a doctor who has previous experience in this as I'm open to surgery, but I would prefer an informed decision.
