I just started a gym wanted to gain weight and build muscle as am 24 years old and 56 kg, most of the gym trainers are suggesting me to take whey protein called "On Gold Standard Whey Protein" and am confused shall I take this or not am just afraid to get my self harm someone used to say that it caused negative impact on sexual power and digestion issues so please suggest me there might be worms in my stomach as well as I have very good diet like 5 to 6 roti twice in a day and bananas apples meanwhile suggest me is it good to take that

My suggestion will be not to start using whey unless you are into heavy lifting or a sports person.
For increasing muscle mass eat protein rich food post workout. (Eggs, Curd) instead of whey
For worms- take "zentil" tab twice in a year i.e after every 6 months.
