Dear Team,
Till 2019 end to March 2020 my weight was 55-57 KGs so as per my height which is (5'11 FT) I was underweight but then I started following home diet and medium intensity exercise then I had gain 8-9 KGs but now because of busy office life and busy schedule I lost 5-6 KGs.
But now again I want to start high intensity workout and follow diet as well but now because I need to increase my calories I need supplement,
My question is that is Whey protein is good for my health?? and is my lever can absorb that pretty well, sometimes I have face gas and bloating issues, and my as per I have know my lever from childhood I have a problem of digest spicy and oily foods so is consume whey protein is good for my health??? And if YES so which precautions I need to take to avoid any digestion, gas and bloating and any serious lever damage or failure issues??? And if No please provide me any alternatives of it??
