So a couple days ago i was training brazilian jiu jitsu and while i was rolling i kind of went for a jumping pass and i noticed my knee started hurting when I fell i got home and could barely walk i feel better day by day it’s still hurting but i’m not limping as bad it’s been four days and im still limping and i have a little lump on the side of my left knee which feels kind of like a bruise, when and how long do you think this will heal?

First of all use cold pack and take rest from ur trainning for about 1 more week, no jumping and squart kind of any thing until it will rule out what has happened with ur knee
