What happen if take psychiatry medicine

Sir if anyone who not suffering with no any mental disease and take medicine that used to treat various disorders such as schizophrenia and other psychoses like paranoia (delusions and feeling extremely worried or nervous), mania (overactive behavior), anxiety, agitation, and dangerously impulsive behavior and seizures,epilepsy then what happen with that person. Is that person become mental or any problem ? Please tell me.
