Hello Constitution is caused by various reasons like Lack of fiber in diet. Eating refined, processed foods. Less intake of water and fluids. Sedentary lifestyle, less physical activity. Not including enough fruits and vegetables in your diet. To relieve it take gulucand with warm milk at night. Or Take 1 teaspoon of त्रिफला with warm water. Taking Harada powder half to one teaspoon with hot water.

Constipation can b caused by lack of fibre Low water intake Some medical issues Side effects of antibiotics. Drink adequate water Have fibre rich food like salads and fruits Eat papaya while sleeping. Take chia seeds into your curd and buttermilk

Less water intake and lack of fibre rich food leads to constipation. Eat small and frequent meal which cover almost all the food group every time. Drink lor of water to void constipation
