Constitution is caused by various reasons like
Lack of fiber in diet. Eating refined, processed foods.
Less intake of water and fluids.
Sedentary lifestyle, less physical activity.
Not including enough fruits and vegetables in your diet.
To relieve it take gulucand with warm milk at night. Or
Take 1 teaspoon of त्रिफला with warm water.
Taking Harada powder half to one teaspoon with hot water.
Constipation can b caused by lack of fibre

Side effects of antibiotics.
Drink adequate water
Have fibre rich food like salads and fruits
Eat papaya while sleeping.
Take chia seeds into your curd and buttermilk
