Hi, Protein is a macronutrient that is present in high quantity in non-vegetarian food. You can easily meet your requirement by having chicken, Fish and egg whites besides milk and its products. Whey protein is not needed at this stage.

Gud evening yes u can get from food sources,pls try to at first follow a healthy lifestyle routine including a healthy dietary pattern,exercise daily,reduce stress if any by doing either meditation or yoga,have adequate water and sleep for minimum of 6-7hrs in night that too early sleep.
