Triphala is good for weight reduction but not for feeding mother's as it may your baby also. Common Sideeffect which ppl feel when they consume it is like vomiting , diarrhoea and nausea. If you suffer from any one of them .May affect your kid directly or indirectly. In simple language he may also get diarrhoea and vomiting .
