Hi there, weight gain depends upon lot of factors one, your genetic structure,then your absorption process, your metabolism, digestive disorders or if any hormonal issues. If you do not have any such issues, try to have wholesome cereals, nuts n seeds, milk n it's products. Milk shakes. Exercising 5days a week. If you are non vegetarian then you can have eggs, fish and lean meat too.
