Since my delivery...I am continuously losing weight..I lost nearly 10 kgs..so I stopped breastfeed ...but I am not gaining a pound...I eat healthy...high protein..fibre foods ...but I am not gaining at all I had gone through blood tests..even consulted doctors

Hi you need to include foods that can help you in gaining weight. Post pregnancy weight loss must be avoided. Include green leafy vegetables. Include more of milk & milk products Whole grain cereals should be added Eat more protein Have more fruits,  nuts & seeds Have fenugreek seeds Drink plenty of water Get enough sleep Also consume iron rich sources because it's Beneficial for baby also.
