Weight Loss Please Help!
I've been trying to lose weight in a healthy manner. I used to eat like 2,000-2,600 calories a day and now I eat around 1,500 but I'm wondering would it be bad if, say I ate 1,500 calories but exercised 600 away. Will it make the weight come back? I need more information and help with getting the right calorie deficit. I don't want the weight coming back this time.
