Weight loss of 12kg over 7 month
Hi all, I moved abroad in August 2018 and my weight was 85 kg in September 2018. I had a major diet change where I was just eating rice and dal thrice a day till December 2018. I. December 2018 my weight was 75kg and then I had increased my fat intake and my weight increased to 77kg by March 2019. Since last month I'm again eating fruits for breakfast and rice and vegetables for lunch and dinner and now my weight is 72.03kg. Should I be worried about my weight loss? I am also doing brisk walk for 1 hour everyday and walking 3.5km daily.

U eat high fiber and 2-3 liters of water everyday. It is v good that u r doing Brisk walking also. Early morning before breakfast take a glass of Luke warm water and squeeze a lemon in it along with one teaspoon of Honey and drink it half an hour before breaksfast

If you do not have any other SYMPTOMS then nothing to worry. Dietery changes can cause such weight changes over so many months. Continue the diet. Fruits and vegetables based diet is the best diet..
