Keto diet is basically a high fat low carbs diet. It is 4 weeks plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
My opinion is if you want to loose weight , loose your weight in healthy way.
Normal we don't you suggest any fancy diet like ke to diet as it has many side effect and also after effect. We have modification of keto diet .
