My weight 90 kg joined gym 3yrs back my weight game down to 80 kg . Since 1 year not going gym please suggest diet and excercise so that in next one year I must reduce 20 kg weight

Hello sir, For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
