I was 69kg in June. Before 3 weeks it was 65 I had toe pain diagnosed 8.1 uric acid now Toe pain reduced completely. I started protein diet. My uric acid level reduced to 5.6 but I lost weight and I can feel reduce body mass. Now my body weight is 64. My west was 34 now it reduced to 28. Since 6 months I am WFH have bit stress. I have done basic blood tests like HBA1c it's 5.5, Thyroid profile normal, cholesterol normal creatine 1.1, AST and ALT normal.  Lipid profile normal. CBC is normal. But I am worrying about weight loss. Can anyone suggest what might be the reason.

You have written protein diet, is it high protein diet or low protein diet... High protein diet good for weight loss.. Low protein diet good for uric acid.. Losing 4 kgs is good for you.. All your tests are normal.. Be happy..
