Hello, Keto diet is not advisable. It will lead to fast results but will affect yopur health also there are chances of weight bouncing back. -exercise daily atleast 1 hr -include protein rich foods in your diet (esp. post workout as it helps in building muscle mass) -water intake of at least 3 L daily -include healthy fats like nuts -include fruits and vegetables and fiber in your diet' NOTE: This can change if there is any medical condition.
