Hi..i am 25 years old female with 5'6 height and 62 kg weight..i hit the gym daily but still my weight and fat is not getting reduced..i can not control on sweets, coffee and tea..i am thinking to have routine like this - in breakfast bread omelette n juice, in lunch sprouts/daliya and in dinner oats/brown rice dal and 3 to 4 times green tea in a day...i eat dates before workout...will this help me in reducing fat and weight?
