Hi,how do i loose weight ,my current weight is 80kg ,I want it at 58kg , height is 5.3 ,male ,age 46.

Hi, As per your age and height your ideal body weight is 60 kg. You can reduce weight by following certain regulations: Include whole grain cereals in your diet in stead of simple carbohydrates and sugar, refined flours. Maintain proper food intervals. More than 3-4 hours gap in between meals is not suggested. Do not fasting and feasting. Never skip any meal as it will impair weight loss. Drink plenty of fluid, 10-12 glasses of water daily. Daily walking for 45 minutes or aerobic exercises will be helpful. Avoid fast and junc foods, saturated fats and cholesterol containing foodssimple sugar and sweets. Have small frequent meals..six meals in a day. For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi Well planned , balanced high fiber diet, warm  lemon water on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walk daily, small frequent meals with limited portion sizes, green tea, exercises both morning and evening, exposure to sun, good sleep and rest, plenty of water intake per day around 2 to 3 litres, complex carbs , low gi foods ,moderate plant protein, low fat dairy  healthy active lifestyle are all needed to loose gained overnight.. Hi As per you age and height if you lose the weight  15 to 18 kg that should be enought. Including 4 to 5 servings off fruits and vegetables on your diet Have a high fiber food. Stop eating out . Go for detox drinks three times in a days . Make sure you not munching unnecessary. Go for brisk walk , cycling,  jogging 30 min twice in a days .

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 57 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you to lose fat.
