I have PCOD and I am doing yoga regularly. Still my weight is not reducing. I am vegetarian. Please suggest some tips

Avoid milk and milk products to some extent . Check your meals portions and sugar intake . Howz your lifestyle ? Is it no exercises kind of ? Change it slowly by adding some yoga streching etc . Water intake is also imp . No liquid calories . Chat directly if you want assured results
