Hello Doctor. Actually I want to ask about Ketogenic Diet for weight loss.. Many of my friends and seniors advised me to take it. My weight is 115kg and I have to lose upto 30 kgs.. Please suggest me a good diet plan..

See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for different purpose. These ( keto / paleo diet) have many side effects Headache Irregular period Fatigue Dizziness Loss of confidence Low carbs flex Body pain Osteoporosis Vitamin and minerals deficiency High cholesterol And many. Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Ask me directly for customized ketogenic diet plan for you.
